What sizes to you go up to?

We stock sizes from birth up to approximately 12 Years. Sometimes we are lucky to source older sizes from 13 to 16 years and in that case you can find them in the special teen stuff section of the categories list.


Do you have a shop that I can visit?

Kids Stuff IOW previously traded in a shop in Wootton on the Isle of Wight and attended a variety of shows, trade events and seasonal fairs. With the rising costs of running premises we chose to dedicate Kids Stuff to online trading. Our priority is to continue to pass great prices down to you. We also have a Facebook Page and an eBay Shop.


Why are some of the tags removed from your items?

Kids Stuff IOW sources new, branded clothing at a competitive price to be able to pass great prices onto you. By UK law it is a requirement to remove any brand or store tags to comply with legislation for resale in the UK. Where possible original hangers, packaging will be included. Email us for further info if buying for a gift.


Some designer brand sizes are misleading and I am confused about what I should order…

Our years of expertise allows us to confidently advertise any piece of clothing in the correct category regardless of the brand or stated tag size. Order normally using our experience. In the event that clothing is not a suitable fit please email us asap and we will resolve as soon as possible.


Why do you only have some sizes and not all in the item that I want?

Because we work hard to source branded clothing at the right price it may be that sometimes not all sizes are available. To bring you excellent buys, our stock is dependent on the right price at the right time. For this reason, some items are discontinued once stock is exhausted so do not miss out on what you like. We strive to locate the missing sizes.


I need to know chest/leg length or any other dimensions of it …

No problem. Send us an email and we will be happy to provide. Kids grow so quickly in fits and starts and sometimes legs/torsos and arms don’t match up for a while!


I don’t really like what I have ordered and want to return it …

Contact us as soon as you can to arrange a return but unfortunately you will have to pay all postage costs.


What happens if I am not home when the parcel is delivered?

If your order cannot be delivered, Royal Mail will leave a card and take the order back to the Customer Service Point. You can then either collect it or arrange a redelivery. The package will be held for 18 days or 21 days if a customs charge needs to be paid before being returned back to Kids Stuff IOW.


Is it possible to cancel a placed order?

You can request to cancel the order and we will try our best to change things for you. Please email/telephone 07933422555 us in the first instance as we are conscientious about dispatch times and aim to send within 1 day. If your order has been dispatched, you will need to return the goods. Click on the Returns page.


My order is damaged or incorrect or has not arrived…

Not good. Tell us as soon as you discover this. We will do everything we can to resolve these issues. Please see our Delivery aims table. If we have messed up and sent the wrong size/colour or the item is damaged, we will refund the postage to you on return. Take any photographs you can and contact as soon as possible for a return reference.


How can I change my personal details?

To enhance your shopping experience with us you can create a Kids Stuff account or else use Guest Checkout. If you have changed your name or address, you can automatically update your personal details by logging into your account and clicking on 'Account Information'.

Kids Stuff IOW delivers to the United Kingdom & International destinations.

Standard and Express deliveries are managed by Royal Mail and you can track via www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/ or review your order at any time by logging in to the ‘My Account’ section of our website and selecting ‘Order History’. Tracking numbers will be added to your order once shipped. Your order will be shipped to you within 2 working days (unless the Express option has been selected) and is subject to payment card authorisation.

In some countries, mainly outside the European Union, the receiver of the package may be liable for taxes, fees or other charges that are imposed by local laws or legislation in your country. The recipient of the order is responsible for all customs formalities relating to their import and where required to do so will need to pay any additional charges, including import duty, customs charges, taxes, levies and any other charges. The recipient of the goods, not the person who's ordered them, will receive a separate request for payment of these charges.

Online Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with the item(s) you have ordered, we will give you a full refund provided that you return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt and in a re-saleable condition (in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and complete with their original labels). We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items returned that are not in a re-saleable condition. If we have made a mistake on an item sent to you, or it is damaged, we will refund the delivery charge that you have paid to receive that item. Either way please keep your return receipts/documentation in a safe place in the event that the package gets lost on its way back to us.

Returning Underwear and Swimwear - For hygiene reasons you cannot return underwear or swimwear where the hygiene strip has been removed. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

International Returns

Items may be returned to us within 28 days from the date of despatch for a refund. All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please return via International Royal Mail Tracked and Signed. In the first instance email us for a return reference number and enclose a note with your full name and address and the reason for the return. Please address to:
